Cleaning, linen and the care of furniture and surfaces, on a schedule that keeps out of the family’s way.

Why a villa needs more than one person
In a flat a housekeeper is enough. A villa with a garden, guests and trips away is different: cleaning, the kitchen, the car and the grounds are separate jobs for separate people. A house manager pulls them into one team, and we find each person for their own part of the work.

One payment, made when the agreement is signed
Our fee is 50 % of the employee’s monthly salary, split equally between the client and the employee.

How the payment works
- At signing the client pays their 25 %, and the employee’s 25 % in one go.
- The employee then receives their first month’s salary minus that 25 %.
- On a replacement the new employee pays us 25 %. For you the replacement is free.
- A shorter agreement is possible; we discuss the terms case by case.

What people ask most often
Can you find several people at once?
Yes. We find a house manager, housemaid, chef and driver together or one after another. Each candidate is checked separately, and the agreement sets out each person’s duties.
Can staff be taken on for a season?
Yes. Staff are taken on permanently or for a set period – while the family is living outside town, for example. The arrangement and the dates go into the agreement.
What does the search cost?
Our fee is 50 % of the employee’s monthly salary, split equally: you pay 25 %, the employee pays 25 %. At signing you pay both halves in one go, and the employee then receives their first month’s salary minus their 25 %.
How soon will we see candidates?
First profiles arrive 3–5 days after signing, usually three to five candidates. A narrow brief, such as a house manager with experience of large residences, takes longer.
What if someone is not right for us?
During the term of the agreement you have up to three free replacements. If the temperament, the hours or the standard of work do not suit you, we find someone new at no extra cost to you.
