Staff
Co-ordinates everyone who works in the house: drawing up schedules, deciding who does what, checking the work and hiring when a post falls vacant.
A large house is a small business: staff, buying, repairs, seasonal work, accounts. Someone has to run it. A house manager takes that on, so you see the result rather than the daily running of it. Renta Staffing Agency places house managers in Yerevan and across Armenia.

People, money and the fabric of the house – three things that usually land on the owner. A house manager takes all three.
Co-ordinates everyone who works in the house: drawing up schedules, deciding who does what, checking the work and hiring when a post falls vacant.
Household accounts, spending, the staff wages, and the paperwork kept where it can be found.
Finds trades and settles terms with them, keeps an eye on the boiler, the heating and the other services, and oversees building work.
The garden, the pool, and the house made ready for the season.
If the house manager comes in on set days, we put the schedule and the list of tasks in writing first. It saves arguments later.
Passport, health certificate and a criminal record certificate; then her employment history and what previous employers say about her.
Household staff in large houses and residences, not an office.
Budgets and records. We set a practical exercise and look at how she handles it.
We ring previous employers ourselves.
The arrangement follows the size of the house and how many staff there are. Nothing is left to a verbal understanding. Schedule and duties go into the agreement.
| Arrangement | How it works | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Five full days a week | For large houses with permanent staff | Mon–Fri · 8 hrs |
| Live-in | For country residences and estates that need someone there at all times | Live-in · by arrangement |
| Live-out, on set days | A few times a week or a month: regular checks and a look at the books | on a schedule |

Yerevan and the regions have more large private houses than they did, and more of them keep permanent staff. Run without anyone in charge, a house like that leaks money and breeds quarrels among the staff. Every decision comes back to the owner. A house manager is the person who takes that off them.
Our fee is 50 % of the employee’s monthly salary, split equally between the client and the employee.
You describe the job and what matters to you. We ask about the requirements and terms.
We take the brief, sign the agreement and settle the fee. Your replacement guarantee starts here.
Within 3–5 days you receive profiles of three to five suitable candidates.
By phone, online or in person, whichever suits you.
If you wish, they work a few trial days before anything is settled.
A housekeeper does the work herself. A house manager runs it: draws up the schedules, gives the staff their tasks, keeps the budget, hires contractors and checks the result. It is a management job, not a hands-on one.
The salary sits above a housekeeper’s, because the work is managing staff and money. Our fee is worked out from that salary – 50 % of one month, of which the client pays 25 %. We will give you a range once we have talked about the house and the number of staff.
Usually not. Two people are easier to run yourself. The post starts to pay for itself at three staff and upwards. It also pays where there are contractors, more than one property, or real money going through the household budget.
First profiles come 3–5 days after the agreement is signed. The market for this post is small, so we would rather put two or three genuinely suitable people in front of you than ten at random.
Yes, 5 days on the job. If the person does not suit, falls ill or the agreement ends, we find a replacement at no extra cost while the agreement runs.
Say how big the house is and how many staff there are. Tell us what you want handed over. We will call you back with names.
